We had been planning our house for several years and had heard many of the ‘horrors’ of new Homes and looked long and hard to find a building company that could build our design while delivering a water tight, difficult detailed, warm and friendly new home. Principle Homes not only delivered on these but offered sound advice on additional protection and long term integrity into the home. With all the issues of building on a coastal site away from the security of being able to ‘duck away to the supplier’ the Principle Homes team managed the process with accuracy and great timing.
