George our project manager and his team were always willing to provide us with exactly what we were after \u2013 nothing was too hard. We were first introduced to George Evangelidakis (Principle Homes) when he was Project Manager for another company. That project was executed in such a thorough professional and friendly manner that we had no hesitation in engaging him again to build our new home in Howick. Principle Homes have proven to be competitively priced, quality assured and honoured their obligations for completion, in spite of the weather. We had been planning our house for several years and had heard many of the \u2018horrors\u2019 of new Homes and looked long and hard to find a building company that could build our design while delivering a water tight, difficult detailed, warm and friendly new home. Principle Homes not only delivered on these but offered sound advice on additional protection and long term integrity into the home. With all the issues of building on a coastal site away from the security of being able to \u2018duck away to the supplier\u2019 the Principle Homes team managed the process with accuracy and great timing. We feel proud to say our house was built by Principle Homes \u2013 many thanks guys!<\/div> <\/span> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
